Salomé is an Associate at CEG Europe and has joined CEG German office in Düsseldorf. 

Prior to joining CEG, Salomé has gained practical experience and applied her economic and econometric knowledge in the field of competition economics. During her internship in an economic consultancy, she extended her knowledge in the field of empirical competition analysis. In particular, she was involved in calculations of cartel damage claims and econometric analysis in antitrust cases.

During an earlier internship, Salomé worked at the Federal Cartel Office in Bonn. There she participated in various merger control proceedings and high-profile competition cases. In her master thesis Salomé applied her econometric skills to analyse to what extent competition authorities and companies should apply behavioural screening tools in order to proactively detect cartels at an early stage on example of German coffee cartel. 

Salomé holds a Master from the University of Düsseldorf and a Bachelor from the University of Münster. She is native in German, fluent in English, with some knowledge of French.
