Internships

We are looking for interesting candidates that recently graduated with a bachelors or masters in economics and / or statistics that are seeking to gain first hands-on experiences in economic consulting. We accept internship applications for all our offices on a rolling basis.

CEG is an economics consultancy advising on a range of matters including competition conduct and damages, commercial damages, intellectual property, auctions and mergers & acquisitions. With locations in Berlin, Brussels, Dusseldorf, London, The Hague, Zurich and Sydney we offer an international and diverse environment in terms of our clients, cases and colleagues.

At CEG, we have little hierarchy, bureaucracy and duplication. This allows you to gain valuable experiences and insights into the world of economic consulting and how we apply economics to real-world cases. You can contribute and take responsibility early on and are provided mentorship as requested or needed.

Our interns work on a variety of projects and support more senior colleagues (from Associates to Managing Director) in their projects and activities. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from all our office and benefit from a wide range of experience: you will learn new skills and gain valuable insights into the workings of CEG and economics consulting more widely.

In particular, you will assist with research on legal and economic developments, collecting and processing data, conducting economic analysis and support business development activities such as contributing to economic insight articles and proposals.

To make the most out of your experience, we expect that you fully engage in our team, share your thoughts and ideas, and actively challenge the thinking, concepts and economic analyses from peers and more experienced colleagues.
